From one of your previous posts, looks like you are using Ubuntu 18.04 I am assuming you are using the Gimp 2.10.0 from the gimp-edge ppa.
Sorry to be outspoken about this, but why do you want a deb package for gmic_gimp_qt? I can understand for an application with hundreds of files and dozens of dependencies,
gimp_gmic_qt is a single 7 MB file.
Want the gmic_gimp_qt plugin. Two possible ways to go.
The Gimp 2.8 version 2.2.3 works. Get the zip from
