I've uploaded pre-release binary packages of the G'MIC plug-in for GIMP (upcoming major version 2.3.0), and I'd be interested by any feedback concerning this version.
Is there anyone here willing to try and tell me if all is working as expected ? From now, we don't really plan to add any new features for version 2.3.0, just check that it's stable
enough to be released (at this point, don't worry, it should be the case ).

Already been running G'mic 2.30 on my Gimp 2.10.3 AppImage for about a week now. Everything I've used so far has worked well..

Well, good news, but I'm still discovering bugs here and there, so there are probably some other remaining

Not a bug, but the new FFT could use a few simple 'usage' directions (and a new instructional video )

Works fine here in Gimp 2.8.22 (kubuntu 16.04)

What kind of note should I add ? I thought the filter was already quite documented

Apologies, Updated from a few days ago and see that a note has been added.

One thing is, the 2 layer FFT transform starts off on the base layer, easy to start editing that, and wonder why nothing shows Any chance of the initial application of FFT starting on the top layer.
