I want to translate g'mic to Swedish, but where is the original language-file located?

I found this, but the link to the translationfile does not work, and the posts seems to be missing some added features after the translation.

Also, how do I apply the translation, and is it possible to send the file to the creator of G'MIC? I tried to find a e-mail, but with no luck.
