Where can I find a GMIC for a 32 bit computer?

What version of Gimp 2.10 or 2.8 ?

The old 32 bit versions are gmic_gimp_qt 2.4 nothing more recent and I do know that the Gimp 2.10 gmic_gimp_qt installer is broken so use the zip version.
