New filter "Hard sketch XY"

Bonjour,

Here is a modified version of the filter "Hard sketch" for an effect on the horizontal and vertical lines.

Access on an image open in GIMP by :
Filters > G'MIC > Testing > Samj > Hard sketch XY

I do believe that 1.5.6.0 and 1.5.6.1_beta (which is only a slight modification of latest stable) are quite solid releases.
They should last enough time, at least until I receive my new 64bits laptop, on which I should be able to set up a compiling environment for win64. Then I will be able to do the compilation by myself.
