[Solved] 64bit G'MIC install issue

I tried to install the G'MIC but the 64bit install seems to be broken.
Ran the setup program and had some issues.
First it asks for libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll, then after downloading that and putting it into the install directory,
I get an application Error, "The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b)"

Can someone point out a solution for me?

OS & Gimp versions?

Try a search for, libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll you only need one copy in,
C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\bin\libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll

If you find a duplicate in [Users]\Odin\.gimp-2.8 folder rename it to,
libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll.old.
Restart, Gimp.

Does the G'MIC setup folder need to be somewhere specific?

If you are using the Installer to install Gmic then the installer can be left in your 'download folder' do not leave it in your Gimp

I always download the files in the zip from Sourceforge as that way I know what files I am installing, and to where

Well this will teach me to try to do stuff while half tired and hopped up on pain killers.

User Error on this one, I was trying to 'install' the zip version

I was trying the run the gmic_gimp.exe to install this plugin, instead of just unzipping the file to the users gimp plugin folder.

Thanks to you guys for getting me to see what I was doing wrong.
