Inner shadow (from the layer effects script) and looks like you made a selection with the paths tool filled it in with white, and gave that a gaussian blur, right???

I'll be honest and say I don't remember how all the layers were done. I was following a PSP tutorial several years ago, I do recall blurring some inner layers. The lady who made the tutorial no longer has her website up.
