In menu: Filters ➤ ShelOut ➤ ZebraTrace

The *.png and *.svg files are saved in:
c:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\3.0\tmp\
and are not deleted but may be overwritten if the filename is not unique.

Loading an svg file works differently than in Gimp 2:
