Yep, got there with a github: RaffertyR search. I will let you make a few more posts though

Works fine, kubuntu 24.04 / Gimp 3.0.2 appimage

with caveat:
I needed to change the shebang to #!/usr/bin/env python3 and of course for linux make the plugin executable.

Just tested this in Gimp-3.2.8 for Windows. The plugin crashes, and leaves an empty top layer.

Look like my Cross Hatch tut, but with wavy lines
maybe with 4 or 5 layers with masks!
