Thanks to Prokoudine for sharing the information.

Compiled for Win10 in msys64/mingw64 with Gimp 3.0.4 (tested to work for Gimp 3.2 RC2).

Click Layer => Transform => Deskew. Gimp will auto-straighten ("deskew") the RGB image.







Deskew works for RGB images but not for RGBA, meaning you need to remove the alpha channel (if it exists) before using the plugin.

Requires additional libraries (no longer present in Gimp 3): libgcc_s_seh-1.dll and libstdc++-6.dll (included in the zip attachment).
