Orange and Gimp

I don't know if you know telecommunication company called "Orange". In Poland they own TPSA.

In short, TPSA for some reason blocked Gimp website. And now they commented that with "All five GIMP users were outraged".

it's not my ISP, but it's probably biggest ISP in Poland and part of Orange
