I'd like to occupy my C Drive with only the Windows OS as much as possible.
If I were to install Gimp on my D Drive. Dose Gimp still place it's User Folder on the C Drive, or will it create the User Folder on the drive it's installed on?

*Testing* Yes, it created a C:\Users\*beep!*\.gimp-2.8 as usual, even when installing the official one on D:\
I don't intentionally put or use anything there anyway, only within the main Gimp folder but yeah, your answer is still, yup. :)

I was afraid of that... I guess I could've run that test as well, but thanks for doing it. I really don't want to go through what it takes to relocate my Windows user folder.
It would have been easier if I had thought of doing it during my install of Windows 8.1, but I didn't.

Thanks again Ludde. :bigthup
