somewhere to discuss the latest version of gimp, 2.9 versions (eventually called 2.10)
problems with scripts, installation, discuss new features, etc
At the moment finding out what problems etc people find abt the latest version is buried amongst all the other gimp verisons talk.

I support this proposal.
I mainly use Gimp 2.9 (2 years) - it is much better than Gimp 2.8 - but some important (for me) plugin does not work.
