I'm not sure, but it's really a good text effect. The only thing is that the 'cut' part doesn't look the same, or is different from the top text.

yes, it looks slightly metallic
it also looks like a metalized animal skin
but does it matter ?
it looks good :bigthup

personally i would like a mix between version one and two
version one is a bit too rough, while version two is a bit too smooth

all in all a very promising effect
hope you will improve it for a script, Graechan
i know everybody will love it
