Nice topic to introduce myself.
I'm just from the suburb, outside of Paris, France. A photo entusiast, that's all.
I've played with Gimp for product leaflet and little photo enhancements and I found GMIC a creativity booster. I like it a lot because it's so easy to use.
I have Kubuntu PC both at home and at work, but I'm just a user, not particularly proficient.
Happy to join the community and Wishing beautiful images in 2015.
