I'm new to GIMP and was referred here from GIMP trics on YouTube.
I've been watching her vidio tutorials am learning to love this program.

I have an Olympus E-510 camera. Currently experimenting with photography basics.
Can't afford Photo-Shop so GIMP was the perfect solution as an editor.

Thanks for acknowleging my presence. It's nice to know there are people paying attention.
GIMP is an enormously complex program and the learning curv is steep.
I'm happy to have found a forum where I can get info and answeres.
I've got a long way to go before I catch up with you all but I know I found the right place to help me along that path.

Wow! I'm impressed by the responsiveness of this online community. I've never joined a forum with so many enthuziastic and active members. I'm feeling really good about choosing GIMP as my IMS and looking forward to learning from y'all.
