I am a retired IT Coordinator from my local school district. Been involved in photography and photo editing for about 25 years. I recently decided to divorce myself from adobe products and am a noob once again trying to gain some proficiency with GIMP. Quite a challenge for someone in their seventies! :gaah

Welcome tekman to GC from another ex IT practitioner in their mid seventies - originally from the days when mainframes ruled and also way, way back, I had a team working in Columbia, South Carolina for some 12 months to bring software back to OZ.

Lots to learn here but lots of help available too. Good luck.
