It's probably irrelevant (because nobody noticed it) but there is a minor problem with 2 plugins in this version.

Cause - the libgnutls-30.dll version is too new. :hoh

A simple solution is to replace the files with those from Gimp-2.10.19_Portable-Samj.

This applies to both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions (where web-page.exe is missing).
Who does not have version 2.10.19 can download * .dll files from the attachment.
