EDIT 14 September
Updated: now include a newer version of the Help and of GMIC

A peculiarity of this version is that can be started in 2 very different mode as were 2 different versions of gimp

Image

1) A barebone, or basic or as i called "No_Extra" version.
That may look similar to that from the Gimp for Windows builds the difference is that here the help manual, python Support, support to open digital photo files is included out of the box

In this configuration load much faster

2) or as Gimp_PhotoComix_Lab that integrate the best plugin script and addon for Photo( all types of photo editing ) and "Comix", the word is used here in a broader sense to indicate digital sketching, painting and graphic

--------------------------------------------------------
Another difference are

GMIC 1.5.1.9 (béta) 64 bits (http://gmic.sourceforge.net/).
UFRAW 0.18 32 bits (http://ufraw.sourceforge.net/).
CamoTruck 32 bits (http://www.camotruck.net).
DDS 64 bits (http://code.google.com/p/gimp-dds/).
PhotoShop Pattern Loader 64 bits.
David's Batch Processor 64 bits (http://members.ozemail.com.au/~hodsond/dbp.html).

that are installed globally

From the Photocomix_Lab mode are installed also

Mathmap (32bit)
Filter Factory Transformer (aka Userfilter)
Beautify
GAP
GPS (gimp_paint-studio)
Liquid rescale
Resynthesizer
Export as SWF (flash animation)
Save+export
Photo-effect

and many other plugin and scripts, as example to correct white balance, color temperature, add frame, hidden or visible watermark, copyright note,
emulate style of old photo camera (Diana Holga Polaroid) or emulsion, for simulate infrared and crossprocess, or transform photos in sketches , drawing painting

and for add nice logo or script, and animation...

More detailed presentation is coming ....

many internal clean up (thank Samj !)
Removed from mathmap a duplicate script that was giving errors
the Userfilter now should now find automatically its filters.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am trying to make a installer , that i believe useful only for create shortcuts on the desktop and/or in All Programs easily at installing time, that would be handy

But if make a selfextracting zip is very simple there is something (about how correctly set the paths ) that i could not figure out
well

The Lighting Effects Plugin in this Gimp was not compatible with the blue ice script and the L2height plugin was missing

I used the lighting and L2height plugin from 2.8.0 64bit everything OK.

Maybe 32 bit is not supported in the '\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-in folder'

but It may have worked in the 'user\plugin folder'

Your lighting plugin did not work in your 32bit version either

Gimp 2.8.2 is different to 2.8.0 for reasons I do not understand

Here are the files you asked for

Attachment:
files.zip [81.96 KiB]
