Gimp plug-in for creating beautiful skies

Bonjour,

Here's an old plug-in created by David A. Bartold that allows you to create beautiful skies and cloud animations.

The binaries are compiled for Linux and Windows, 32-bit and 64-bit.

Sky
Filters > Render > Clouds > Sky...
Filters > Render > Clouds > Sky Reset...
Filters > Animation > Clouds...

Foo
Filters > Misc > Media > Color Pencils...
Filters > Misc > Media > Texture...
Filters > Misc > Media > Thick Oil Paint

I downloaded the 32-bit Linux version. The only one that's available for me is Filters > Render > Sky

I don't know why you don't have these,
Filters > Render > Clouds > Sky Reset...
Filters > Animation > Clouds...

Filters > Misc > Media > Color Pencils...(needs none transparency background)
Filters > Misc > Media > Texture...(needs none transparency background)
Filters > Misc > Media > Thick Oil Paint (needs a canvas and a few pixels)

Are you sure you have the 3 Misc | Media filters in scripts folder?

Well duhhhhhhhhh, missed that entirely. Now most of it is working.

The colored pencils and textures are still grayed out in Misc > Media, everything else is available.

Thanks a heap samj; had this plugin when I was using 2.6 but didn't install it in 2.8; cool that you compiled it for 64-bit as well. Did tweak the clouds more to my liking (not still 100% but I didn't like the harsh result before). Not sure why the original program didn't have more tweaks for the clouds, but overall, I do like this plugin.

for texture I did this and menu showed as available but when it came up and I selected OK nothing happened

Here it is anarkhya; I'm can't be 100% sure but I believe samj's compile still should work in 2.6 though as well (she provides both 32-bit and 64-bit versions in the zip), but just in case, I've attached it here.

Added Pan to Bow and Stars in the Sky scriptfu's to the mix for this waterworld. Yes, I made horizontal seamless as well.

If someone wants to translate it into English, OO.o file format is included.

I'm not sure of the proper functioning of older versions because I edit the source files in C language for animations.
