Partha Build Missing Python-fu

Graechan, I did not try installing the portable as I want the program installation and don't like things under the root of my drive and I'm not in the mindset to uninstall regular GIMP which is working as I want it to with Partha's build plugins to try this portable version. Thank you though for your advice.

I have both a regular gimp and partha's build on the same computer, just different folders. Actually, I have 3 gimps all in separate folders...so if my main gimp can't do something but is best for most things, I can go back and forth.

Can the 64-bit GIMP run under 32-bit Windows? I didn't think it would, but one of your comments suggests it might.
