Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User

Is there a way to print multiple photos on one sheet (8.5 x 11). And are there templates that can be adjusted as to number + size of images on one sheet?

Windows printing software,
can print what is called Wallet and Contact Sheet prints.

Some some reason the download is packed as a .tar (TapeArchive) which might be a problem for Windows users, so repacked as a zip.

Unzip and goes in C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8\scripts Find it in the tools menu.

If you have windows then you should have the printing app that Wallace showed unless you have made another picture viewer the default. Don't know if any others have that ability. Looks like rich found a script though.
Another way to do it is by using a table, or if you have Publisher on your computer you can do one picture (the size you want) on a page and then when you go to print ask for multiple pages on one

You can also use indexprint (or index print). Search the registry (or this forum).

Or create an index chart of all the images, using an image indexer, and then print that. To me, that adds more control over the finished product, as you also can edit the index in Gimp afterwards to add features to it that simply aren't available in any printing software, nor in any image indexers.
