Configure Right Hand Panel

GIMP Version: 2.10.2
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

Hello Everyone: I am using GIMP 2.10 in single window mode, and I am trying to configure the right hand panel (Layers, Paths, etc). Currently if I select any category to display - Layers, Channels, Paths, etc. - the display will fill the length of the screen. What I would like is to have it split between the Layers dock in the top half, and Brushes, Fonts, etc dock in the lower half, but I can't find the option or preference to do this.

Any help appreciated.
