Gimp 2.10.6 user profile (SOLVED)

GIMP Version: 2.10.6
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

I have installed Gimp 2.10.6 on my new machine running Win 10 - 64 bit, I want to put some themes in, previously with Gimp 2.8 I would have gone to -
C/users/Me/Gimp 2.8/themes
however that path path isn't available, there is no Gimp under Me.
The only GIMP I can find is at C/Program Files/GIMP 2, therein - 32, bin, etc.,lib, share and uninst I was told not to mess with program files, can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I use Samj's portable pack, so everything is inside that pack (folder Preferences).
Maybe in your case you could find it in:
user/ AppData/Roaming/GIMP/2.10/themes

Any version: Look at the paths in Edit -> Preferences -> Folders for your installation.

Appdata is a hidden folder:

Gimp 2.10 has split themes and icons into separate sections in Preferences, not all themes work well with Gimp 2.10
