Hi whenever i make a circle selection and try to stroke the selection i get bad resolution line
no matter how much i increase the dpi (x resolution and y resolution), please someone help.

You need to give us more information.

How many pixels are you using for the stroke?

When you stroke the selection are you using, Stroke Line, or, Stroke with a paint tool?

Can you post an image of your results?

I used the default resolution i used the Ellipse selection and then made stroke selection
i used stroke line with 2 px width.

You could try selection to path then stroke the path instead of the selection.

You mean the path tool, don't you think it will be hard to use the path tool to create perfect circle ?

No. Create the selection then go into your paths dialogue and there is an icon at the bottom that will convert your selection to a path. Click on that then remove the selection and right click the path to show the menu. You can then stroke the path.

this is perfectly normal
GIMP is pixel based, that means everything is made of little boxes

the resolution is not the problem in this case

as Erisian suggested: make a circular selection, then go to Selection and -> to path
a path will appear in your paths tab, then stroke the path

it really depends on what you want to do

generally speaking a path will always be a lot smoother than a selection or a line drawn with a tool (pencil e.g.)

sometimes you can smooth an outline with a gaussian blur, but most of the time you cant use that because it will blur everything

there are also filters that can do smoothing, in G'Mic for example

What's the dpi for high resolution images ?

saif mohamd: that depends too, i think. minimum resolution for a good print is 300dpi, i consider anything above that as high resolution, but i'm sure other people see it differently.

Can someone give me a website or page or something for good image resolution and dpi ?

I already knew this, the problem is i don't know the resolutions for images like whats the dpi for high resolution
image and the dpi for low resolution image, would be appreciated if you give a guide or something for it.

High resolution and low resolution are not that important, it's all about the pixels.

You might want to try creating the circle twice the size you want it then reduce the size. This is a common antialiasing technique used by many fractal programs.
