I tried to install last night newer version of gimp 2.8.14 and along with it new themes.
I dont know what I did.Did I reset any or what ..i simply dont remember.
But I had both version of gimp on pc (2.8.10 & 2.8.14 )
My filters didnt show any of them I lost them all.
What I did next: I deleted both gimps..reinstalled it and when i tried to upload picture i was working on
it said it cant.My filters were still missing.Now I dont have any gimp I delted all
and im doing scan of my pc and all files.
What I need to do ?
Please help me cause I am working on web magazine

Firstly, where did you download from?
The only reliable source is http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ under "Show other downloads", "Gimp for Windows".
Did you use a torrent load ? If so, try again using the link in "If the torrent download doesn't work, you can also follow this link." This will directly download an installer for Windows.

Secondly, do you actually have any scripts in your scripts folders?
The system-wide folder is C:\WINDOWS\Program Files\Gimp 2\share\gimp\2.0\scripts
Your personal folder is C:WINDOWS\Users\<yourname>\.gimp-2.8\scripts
After a fresh download you should have several dozen scripts in the system folder.

Thirdly, do you have the menu entry Filters>Script-Fu with options Console, Refresh Scripts and Start Server...?
If not, then perhaps the Script-Fu plugin (which processes scripts) is not working for some reason.

but on my GIMP under Filters -- I dont have any filter

okay,
go to Edit>Preferences>Folders
and check the settings for both your plugins and scripts.

On Windows, the plugins folders should be:
C:\WINDOWS\Program Files\Gimp 2\share\gimp\2.0\plugins
C:WINDOWS\Users\<yourname>\.gimp-2.8\plugins

and the scripts folders should be:
C:\WINDOWS\Program Files\Gimp 2\share\gimp\2.0\scripts
C:WINDOWS\Users\<yourname>\.gimp-2.8\scripts

ok on gimp i found in preferences both it shows they r there
and in share for gimp
but in windows in program files yes they are there also
but wen i go in windows/users ...no i cant find them there,neither of them
or im doing something wrong ?

When you say that you can't find them in Windows, do you mean that, using the Windows file manager, you cannot find the plugins and scripts folders?
And what version of Windows are your using (7 or 8, 32bit or 64bit, Home or Professional, etc)?

it was for 32 bit but they said it works on 64 too

No, if the Windows file manager can't find the folders there is something badly wrong with the installation.

Is that Windows 7 or Windows 8 ? And is it 32-bit or 64-bit? If your not sure check under the Windows Control Panel.

The only thing I can suggest is that you run the installation again and make sure that the setup is actually configured for the correct folders.
You can post a screenshot here of the options that the installer is showing you at each stage.

Do you suggest to delete gimp again and install it ?

ok now i finally got to go under

C:WINDOWS\Users\<yourname>\.gimp-2.8\plugins

but on there ,even though all folders are there - there is nothing in them ?
should they be empty or what ? cause i never chked this before so i wouldnt know

I presume you mean:
C:WINDOWS\Users\zana\.gimp-2.8\scripts
C:WINDOWS\Users\zana\.gimp-2.8\plugins

folders are there
but they are empty
