Gimp either only picks black when I use the colour picker, or the whole program crashes entirely.
I do have a 2 screen set up if that could have anything to do with it?.
It used to work fine for me on my previous laptop. Not anymore though :/
What can I do to fix it?
Does anyone have any tips?

This is a reported bug in Gimp 2.8.14 and seems to have been fixed in the latest Gimp 2.8.16 version.
I too was having issues with the same exact thing and also using a duel monitor setup.
Installing the latest Gimp seemed to help, but I also no longer use a duel monitor setup.
