Operating System: Windows
OS Version: Windows 10
GIMP Experience: New User

Hi, since the first time, and only time I used the 'foreground select' tool, GIMP is always unresponsive. I don't know why, GIMP runs cool when not using the 'foreground select' tool, but the problem is only when using this tool. Why does it happen? Is it some kind of a bug? Or, is it with my device?

GIMP is in the latest version: 2.10.22
Windows 10
Core i5, 3rd Generation CPU
4 GB RAM
And lots of disk space available.
