Putting Tags on Brushes

GIMP Version: 2.8.14
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User

I was just tagging brushes and had probably done 50+. Then Gimp crashed and I lost all of the tags. Is there a way to recover? Can I tag multiple brushes at once?

I have 2.10.38 and 3.2.6

Never mind- i remembered all I needed to do was add them to subfolders in my brush folder. But first I had to round them up from several brush folders and put into one. I'm not saying how many i found, lol
