how to find system and Security for Windows 7

GIMP Version: 2.6.11
Operating System: Windows
OS Version: windows 7 (64-bit)
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

Does anyone using Windows7 know where to find System & Security? I have looked all through my control panel.
I have Security but nothing in there to make a recovery disk. I also have recovery but that is just to recover something. What I need is to make this recovery disk below

I think that you should unlock the view hidden files and folders.

Hey Molly. At the Start menu, click on the the search bar and type create system repair and as you type, you will see options to create a system repair CD.

I was going to suggest Start>All Programs>Pc Help and Tools - should be a list of recovery stuff there.

It could be under Start>All Programs>Utilities>PC Help and Tools also.

The top of that window you posted should look like this:

I the address line, click on "Control Panel" (highlighted in blue)

That will take you to the this window.

What a long way around. in all the links I went to, it said system and security should be right there in the control panel Anyway, got it done.
