OS Version: XP - SP3
GIMP Experience: Beginner Level



Can anyone help me find this old Gimp help website? I don't remember what it was called, but in the header it had the head of Wilbur put on a body and he was holding a sign that rocked left and right. I saw it probably a year ago. Did it get taken down? Can anyone help me? Thanks so much! Maria
