Does BMP Support Transparency?

SVG, but it's for somewhat simple graphics that you can describe with lines. Otherwise you start with a Very Big picture because you can always make it smaller.

Griatch, I am guessing its paths/layers based. I've only used it to transfer paths from GIMP to Inkscape, so far. The plug-in is found here:
