I recently installed the brl plugin but I cannot use it because I can't see the bottom part of the UI. I also have the same issue with the animated fire plugin as well. Is there anything I can do about this problem, or should I just remove them?

Charlie, if you download this Scrolling script that Tux wrote, this will enable you to scroll to the bottom of the dialogue with the new sidebars

Am I correct in assuming you cannot 'see' the bottom of script windows?
If that is the case you will probably need the script-fu scrolling interface from Gimp Scripts. Link should be this

You will then be able to scroll any windows that are too small like a lot of G'MIC filters do. Hope I have helped.

Very nice Charlie and thank you.
Molly is right GnuTux has saved us (those with smaller monitors/screens) a lot of frustration with making that script.
