Hello everyone.
I was wondering if there is a way to manipulate a picture so it looks like you are looking at a fun house mirror?

You might try using displacement map along with a suitable map layer to warp your image.

For the above, I used one of the Flare gradients to create the displacement map layer (shown in the inset), but you might also try creating your own (Solid Noise is useful for this).
