Can anyone tell me how to make shiny chrome like this?

GIMP Version: 2.8.10
Operating System: Mac OS
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

I have followed several tutorials over the years to make shiny chrome test. But this text looks shinier than anything I have been able to make. I would love to know how to do this.
