Can't find detailed tutorials to create those Gifs

Hi, I find some GIFs in our forum but they don't enclose the tutorials. Please guide me that how can create them. Thanks in advance.

For what it's worth, I created the three "circular" GIFs. I never provided any detailed instructions for them because, while creating each of them only took about fifteen minutes, writing a tutorial would probably require a few hours.

I will say I used GAP (GIMP Animation Package) and particularly its Move Path command (and onion skinning on the "Earth" one).

Maybe someday I will have time to describe the process in detail.

saulgoode, thanks for your intention to write a master tutorial to get so nice outcome how you created. I agree with you that it takes so long time whom write. So people are so thankful to who does such an effort, even more because people as me learn so much from them.
