DTK1300 pen not aligned with cursor

GIMP Version: 2.8.14
Operating System: Windows
OS Version: Windows 10
GIMP Experience: Intermediate Level

I have been using GIMP with an Intuos 4 for several years and never encountered any problems. I recently got a Cintiq 13HD and was eager to try it out. I did all the relevant set up, and calibrated my screen and everything.

However, something goes wrong when I attempt to enable my pressure stylus and eraser - when drawing with pressure sensitivity, the resulting strokes on the screen are way off from where my pen is. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this situation?
