Multiple colours help

List any relevant plug-ins or scripts:
Hiya....would like to add random multiple colours in no particular way to an image I have what would be the best way please? TIA

Plasma would be a good way to add various colors to an image.
Filters>Render>Clouds>Plasma or Plasma 2

Thank you Rod...tried most things but that. I do not have a plasma 2?
