Operating System: Windows
OS Version: 10, 32 bit
GIMP Experience: New User


Does any one know if this filter is still available and where I can get it from. The one I have is not working properly. (Runs and then leaves a black picture for the starfield?)
Thought I may try a reinstall if I can get it.
