a number file/image/projects are opened, what is the keyboard shortcut to switch to next file/image ??

Try Alt and a number while the Alt key is still held down
like Alt and the number 2 for image 2

Sounds like the OP could do with a list of the Gimp keyboard shortcuts.

Plenty around, often going back to older versions of Gimp.

IMHO this is the best / most comprehensive for Gimp 2.8
