Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Intermediate Level


Freetype has been constantly Improved since Samj last compiled release .6 it is now up to 2.6.5
A dedicated group has kept this useful plugin alive after it was dropped by Gimp after version 2.4 :clap
the source files can be found at either of the links below↓

Hi Graechan ;)
The code on "The FreeType Project" creates only libfreetype-6.dll
As for me - gimp-freetype is just an old 0.6 (build with fretype 2.6.5 does not change).

Thank you MareroQ for the assistance with the new files maybe someday someone will update the plugin to accept Multi line text (currently it uses SF-STRING not SF-TEXT) in the menu
