How to remove text from ANY images with the least overall influence?

GIMP Version: 2.8.14

It's not easy to give a real example

I have a couple of images in which there are some text on it, in which I want to remove, with the least visual effect to the overall image, I know it's impossible to remove a text with NO effect at all.

Any such plugin?

For example, a couple of words on the face of someone, I 'd like to remove the words without affecting his face too much

Any possibilities?

I would find parts of the face where it can be cloned and just clone out the text.
The face would be really hard to do compared to some sort of random surface.

I suspect that the text on the face is some watermark...
