GIMP Experience: New User


Happy 2017.
I am working my way through Draconian's Metal Wurx tutorials, (viewtopic.php?f=23&t=4073I) am instructed to install Voronio Script. I have found some at https://packages.altlinux.org/en/Platfo ... oronoi/get
However, I'm unsure what to do as I run Gimp 2.8 Win7 and I'm notorious for mis-managing my scripts and plug-ins.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thank you.

It's actually a plugin (went to the wayback machine; unfortunately the link for the plugin no longer exist via wayback). Below's the same plugin from the GIMP registry; haven't, of course, tried it though. :)
