I can not Scroll the Interface

Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

Hi gimp friends

I Install Gimp 2.10.06.
I can not Scroll the Interface.

In Linux you can simply hold down the Alt key and drag the interface window up (or anywhere you want). In Windows you need to add a 3rd party program for that, I believe. You can also try this? viewtopic.php?f=9&t=16771

Doronf, just in case I can help. I have windows and for 32bits

If it is right for you:
Install the item where the document says (read it)

The other one, install it in plug-ins folder.
