Hi. I was just re-sizing an image and got this warning and it wouldln't resize the image. The only thing I can think of that was different was that the file extension was .jpeg instead of .jpg. But when I changed the file extension from .jpeg to .jpg it still wouldln't resize it. Fortunately I had a .png image and when I exported that as a .jpg I was able to resize it. But why the failure? Thanks.

Can you try and save the image as a .png?

Yeah, I was able to resize it as a png. Thanks. That's good to know, Wallace. But why was it not re-sizing the .jpeg?

Could be a number of reasons.
I'm not exactly sure what might be the main reason.
Perhaps it has something to do,
with having another installation Gimp.
Or,
could be a .dll issue.
Could also be a user profile issue.

Unfortunately,
I don't have enough knowledge about this kind of issue.
To be able to offer you anything,
that would correct it.
