Hi Guys,
Im running GIMP on Portable Apps (as our work Admins wont allow installation of software)
GIMP is version 2.10.8
Port Apps is version 16

Whenever I try to open a file, GIMP crashes. If I drag an image in to GIMP, its fine, until I try to save it, or save as or save a copy or whatever.

Any ideas at all?

Welcome to Gimpchat, Phil_Beds. Now, can you provide a little more info; Which portable you have Partha or Samj? Windows 32 or 64? If it none of those, I suggest to try the one from: https://www.partha.com/ (Scroll down the page and the download is on the right side).

For the Samj Portable 64bit go to: http://www.aljacom.com/~gimp/portables.html

He only make it for 64bit

If you get samj's make sure it is 2.10.8 ver 2. The first 2.10.8 kept crashing.
