GIMP Experience: New User


I have used it before but for the life of me I cannot remember which one it was.
I want to move a part of a picture to make a curve less pronounced. I am sure the filter/tool I used you could do this by dragging the specific area and see the progress in the preview.

EDIT:- It was warp transform
