What am I doing wrong? [Solved]

GIMP Version: 2.10.20
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User

I cannot drag a picture straight from Chrome to my Gimp.
I can drag it to my desktop and then to Gimp. Should I beable to do it the other way or is it Chrome?

I can't do it either.
Is it supposed to work at all?

In Chrome (or whatever) Right-Click on image and select "Copy Image", then in Gimp hit Ctrl+V to paste image in Gimp (or whatever).
