how do i install Gimp Paint Studio on vista i've looked online and couldn't find any help

WHERE you looked online ?
in the Gimp Paint Studio web site there is plenty to help, even a video explaining how to install step by step
so have a look here http://code.google.com/p/gps-gimp-paint-studio/

there in Download there are video tuts (INCLUDING HOW TO INSTALL ) and the Manual in pdf
