 Post subject: how do I emulate "pixelhobby" with GIMP?

Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User


I do not want to switch between programs, how do I get GIMP to emulate programs like pixelhobby or stitch art?
thanks for your time, I'm new but getting smarter every day
